PVE30 Eco is the smallest residential elevator in the world, yet it is just as capable as other residential elevators that are much larger and much more expensive. Designed as an economical home elevator solution for 2-Story Applications, the PVE30 Eco has a total exterior diameter of 30 inches making it small enough to fit in even the most modest sized home. Able to transport 1 passenger with a 350lb (159kg) lift capacity, the PVE30 Eco is the ideal space saving solution for any 2-level project and can to be installed in locations other home elevators can not.
2-Story Home Elevators
Rather than requiring a large elevator shaft, these self-contained home elevators rest on the existing ground floor and provide a beautiful panoramic view as you travel from floor to floor within your home. Custom built to the height of your 2-level home, this innovative home elevator was designed as a compact and cost-effective alternative to taking the stairs, and is ideal for tight areas where traditional residential elevators wouldn’t even be a consideration. As the smallest of the three vacuum elevator models, it only requires a 32-inch finished through floor hole for the elevator cylinder (and you!) to pass through. During the ascent or descent, you will enjoy cool, ambient temperatures as a cabin fan circulates the air in the cabin and an LED light keeps the cabin lit.
Quick & Easy Installation
With it’s small footprint and minimal pre-construction requirements, the PVE30 Eco offers the quickest installation and lowest energy consumption of all our home elevator models. Able to be install in as little as 2-3 days, this eco-friendly home lift can easily be added to any retro-fit or new construction project. Designed as an eco-friendly residential elevator, all that is needed to power these space saving home elevators is 220V, 25 Amp, single phase service. This is roughly the same as what your washer and dryer use.

All of PVE’s home lift systems are capable of up to a 50 foot (15m) vertical rise over as many as five stops. The unique design of the vacuum residential elevator is a perfect choice for any retrofit or new construction project and will enhance the value of one’s home without the consuming footprint of traditional residential elevators. These innovative residential elevators do not require any pre-construction shaft, pit or machine room and can be installed in as little as two to three days. By using a vacuum pump to generate areas of higher and lower atmospheric pressure within the cylinder hoist way, the unit smoothly moves between floors while using much less energy than other home elevators.
