With an exterior diameter of 30 inches, this single passenger home elevator is the worlds smallest fully certified home lift and is compact enough to be installed in even the most modest-sized homes.
Offering 360° degree visibility while traveling, the PVE30 has a unique, circular design that will enhance the interior of any residence while also adding an elegant feature that will capture people’s attention and imaginations.
Able to travel up to 5 stops or 50 feet in total rise, each PVE30 home elevator is custom bu ilt tothe heights of each residence and can transport 1 passenger with a total weight capacity of 350 lbs.

Two Passenger Home Elevator
Able to transport up to two passengers or 450 lbs, the PVE37 is a self-supporting, compact home elevator with a total exterior diameter of 37” inches ensuring minimal space is occupied inside any residence.
Simply resting on the existing ground floor of the home, this easy-to-install residential elevator does not require a pre-construction shaft, pit or machine room allowing installations to be completed in as little as 2 – 3 days for both retro-fit and new construction projects.

Three Passenger Home Elevator
Large enough to fit most full sized wheelchairs as well as an attendant inside, the PVE52 home elevator is our largest elevator model with a total exterior diameter of 52 11/16” inches and able to transport up to 3 passengers or 525 lbs. As a fully certified residential elevator, please note the PVE52 is not ADA compliant.
Powered by the most abundant resource in the world, AIR, the PVE52 home elevator operates using pneumatic technology, the cleanest elevator technology on the market. Simply plugged into a 220 volt, single phase power supply, this eco-friendly home elevator uses gravity for descent ensuring a nominal impact to any residences annual electrical usage.
With no harmful oils, gases or lubricants required for operation, this wheelchair accessible residential elevator requires minimal annual maintenance as few moving parts are utilized during operation.
